Pneumatically driven and electric control

The machine is pneumatically driven and electric control . The straight knife type separator machines were designed to separate pre-scored panel boards carefully, without bending or tension stress . Even
sensitive SMD-components like ceramic capacitors will not be damaged by the separate process . Due to the special design of the knives also boards with high components placed close to the edges can be separated safely . Based on a proven method of separating, wedge-shaped knives are used to cut the panels within the groove . This enables boards of less than 1 mm thickness to be separated safely and without creating stress .

Features:

2, Gap for insertion of the board can easily be adjusted by means of the adjusting knob in the top side of the machine , low friction design is applied .

3, Lower knife height adjustable , the front and real portion can be adjusted separately . No thin plates are required after re-sharpening the knife.

4 , Operation and maintenance can be done also by unskilled personnel

Advantages:

1. The cutting rate is one segmentation for one second , controlled by pneumatic pedal switch
2. The starting of the cutting set is for passive , so that the cutting tangent and position is under secure control . With little stress when cutting , there will no solder crack .
3. With cutting of nonroller (circular knife, straight knife ) type , there is no dust , no motor drive , and no carbon powder pollution .
4. With no-rubbing type cutting , there is no metal residue .
5. The blade can be used 600000 / times without power supply , avoiding the loss and change of electrical products .
6. The machine uses 5-7kg air compressor without specific cutting place , and it is maintained by wiping its appearance with the anti-rust oil .
