circuit boards. This PCB router machine is suitable for depaneling
PCB boards with thickness from 0.3mm to 3.5mm. It is equipped with
a routing bit life time checking and alarm system, which will
remind operators to change routing bits when it finishes 120m
cutting. The routing bit is designed with 3 milling points, with
the first 2mm cutting the first milling point, the middle 2mm
cutting the second milling point, and the last 2mm cutting the
third milling point to increase its life time. It also has an
overall height offset range from 60mm to 110mm, and a manipulator
positioning repeatability of 0.001mm. It is powered by 2.0KW
AC380V.
