offset of 60-110mm, this machine is capable of handling a PCB
thickness up to 5mm and a PCB size of 320 x 320mm. With its manual
loading/unloading of PCBs, the PCB Depaneling Router is an efficient machine for PCB depaneling. It is also known as a Printed Circuit Board Router or a PCB Router and is perfect for any manufacturing plant.
Features:
X10 zoom-in image allows for easily programming, plus the accuracy
of point setting is enhanced. This is achieved in two ways:
First, two sliding tables provide seamless in-and-out movement to
reduce tack time and improve productivity.
Second, an AUTO MARK offset system is present. Through CCD imaging,
the pattern or routing is able to be checked and simulated to avert
any unnecessary mistakes prior to cutting.
Moreover, there is a routing bit life time checking and alarm
system which notifies the operator when 120M cutting is complete,
alerting them to switch the routing bit. The first two millimetres
cut the first milling point, while the middle two millimetres cut
the second milling point. And the last two millimetres cut the
third milling point, in order to increase the life time of the
routing bit.
